By accessing or using Squash.Kiwi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Squash.Kiwi provides a cloud-based squash match scoring and display system for squash clubs in New Zealand. The Service includes:
Club Accounts: Clubs must maintain the confidentiality of their access tokens and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Marking Access: Match markers access the system using club-provided tokens. Clubs are responsible for managing and distributing these tokens appropriately.
Public Access: Match scores and player names are publicly visible through the web interface and court displays.
You agree not to:
Match Data: All match scores and results submitted to the Service become part of the club's historical record. Clubs retain ownership of their match data.
Accuracy: Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. We do not verify or validate match scores or player information.
Data Export: Clubs may request export of their historical data in a standard format.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
The marking application includes offline capabilities to ensure matches can continue during network interruptions.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Starshine NZ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Clubs retain ownership of their logos, sponsor images, and other materials they upload to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starshine NZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starshine NZ from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Clubs may terminate their use of the Service at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, clubs may request export of their historical data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
